340 Cavityless Flat Film Pressure Transmitter uses a high-precision foil strain gauge and has a cavityless measuring diaphragm, which is especially suitable for measuring liquids with high viscosity. The modified product adopts an improved and optimized installation structure, which makes the product have good anti-vibration ability. Equipped with a variety of characteristic amplifying circuits, such as anti-interference, high temperature resistant, intrinsically safe explosion-proof, etc., the modification is suitable for various measurement and control occasions such as oil fields and food.

installation tips:
(1) This product can be directly installed on the pipeline (or on the container wall) using the M20×1.5 interface. When installing, the front end of the thread should be sealed with a copper gasket or a nylon gasket. Moreover, the flat-film sensing head of the threaded front end of the cavityless pressure transmitter cannot touch the front end and side wall of the mounting part. Otherwise, the performance of the pressure transmitter will be affected.
(2) When measuring the medium with high temperature, the pressure pipe or other cooling device should be used to reduce the temperature to the operating temperature range of the pressure transmitter.
(3) When installing in the open air, the transmitter should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, otherwise the performance will be deteriorated or failure will occur.
⑷ If the transmitter has no output or abnormal output after installation, please check:
① Whether the electrical connection is accurate and firm;
② Whether the power supply voltage is too low and the load resistance is too large.
